Meet Jeff Black

Jeff Black brings significant sales, construction and aluminum experience to his new role as one of our Commercial Account Consultant.  A born and bred Maryland native, Jeff spent the early part of his career in the home building industry, specializing in construction and HVAC work.  This lead to an interest in fencing to where he ran his own custom aluminum fabrication company for twelve years. When asked why he joined the Frederick Fence team, Black says he wanted a change of pace and an opportunity to leverage his years of business development in a more family-family friendly atmosphere.

Jeff’s focus at Frederick Fence will focus on cultivating relationships with our commercial fencing customers—most notably property management companies, site developers, home owner associations and general contractors between Howard and Frederick County.

Jeff’s favorite style of fence is paddock fencing as he likes a more rustic looking fence that makes use of natural materials.

Looking for a fence or commercial railing solution in the Maryland area?  Use our Chat function to contact Jeff Black and he’ll be happy to pay a visit to your business and show you how Frederick Fence can help you enhance your property!

Meet Brody Barger

Brody Barger brings an extensive sales and retail management background to his role as our Business Development Consultant.  Born and raised in Kingwood, West Virginia, Brody brings a solid foundation for developing businesses, having spent many years working for his grandfather, who owns and operates Childs Feed and Supply in the Kingwood area.  Prior to joining Frederick Fence, Brody worked for Lowes in their Exterior and Commercial Sales division, where he developed his extensive knowledge of outdoor environmental engineering, including fence, patio and deck installation.

In this newly created position within our Commercial division, Brody will primarily partner with existing fence contractors and home construction start-ups and help them develop and grow their businesses.

Brody’s favorite style of fence is vinyl as he appreciates how this material offers so many options and infinite designs where you’re limited only by your imagination when designing a fence.

A Pool Fence With a View

June 27, 2017 ~ Posted By Jim Jenkins

Installing a swimming pool in your back yard this summer? Have an existing fence for your property and just need to meet pool code without breaking the bank? Want a fence that allows you to maintain your current view of your surroundings?

If you answered yes to any of the above questions, consider the one fence that will allow you to meet pool fencing code, protect your family members and come in at an affordable price: An aluminum pool fence!

Many homeowners choose aluminum fence for enclosing a pool simply because they are decorative, affordable, durable and low maintenance—almost everything you would want from a fence! One of the distinct advantages of aluminum pool fence is that aluminum panels are made with pickets placed a few inches apart, allowing you to still see what’s on the other side of the fence at all times. If your yard offers you a magnificent view of the mountains or a lovely meadow beyond your property line, you won’t have to sacrifice function for form when installing an aluminum fence for a swimming pool. The great news is that in addition to maintaining your current view, you also don’t have to worry about your children climbing through the fence to gain access to your pool unattended as the pickets are placed just inches apart from one another.

Aluminum pool fencing is quite strong and made to last. At Frederick Fence, we use aluminum pool fencing products featuring a fade and scratch-resistant powder-coat finish that offers twice the strength of typical acrylic finishes – and never requires painting. Once you install It, the only thing you’ll need to do is clean it with a garden hose from time to time—wouldn’t it be nice if pools were that easy to maintain! Additionally, our materials come with a Limited Lifetime Guarantee which means you’ll have the fence for as long as you have a pool on your property!

The best thing about aluminum fence is that it’s not all that costly and is quite affordable when you compare it to other products such as wrought-iron or vinyl fence.

An aluminum pool fence allows you to preserve the view beyond the pool!
