Charlie Powers established Frederick Fence Company in 1982 with the mission of providing Frederick County with high quality, professionally-installed fencing and decks. Today, with thousands of FenceCo fences and decks distinquishing the homes and businesses of customers he's served here - and in neighboring Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia counties, the company's dedication to quality has never wavered. Regardless of its employee growth, a new and expanded business location, and an ever-broadening sales base, Charlie says the retention of FenceCo's original mission and integrity has been possible because of his capable and dedicated employees - many of whom have been with the company for more than 10 years. "Our employees really care about the quality of service every customer receives - and it shows," he says. "I'm fortunate to have employees who care as much as I do - which is a rarity today."  As has been true for more than a quarter century, FenceCo's business has resulted from customer referral.  Customers' deep appreciation can be evidenced in a collection of hundreds of thank you notes and letters, contained in two, large volumes on display in the FenceCo showroom. "We've never lost sight of the fact that all future work is totally dependent upon the quality of service and craftsmanship we deliver today."

I recently had a fence installedd by Frederick Fence Company. I couldn't be more pleased with the job and service. Louise Barnard was my saleswoman. She is a fellow horsewoman who really knows her job. She answered all my questions and had many good suggestions.
